Gregacy DTF Transfers Returns Policy
To initiate a return for a Gregacy DTF Transfer and T-Shirts Orders, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting our customer support team at returns@gregacydtftransfers.com.
Step 2:
In your email, include the date of purchase, details of the item(s) you wish to return, photos showing any defects, and the reason for the return. Ensure the RMA number, once obtained, is clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
Returnable Items:
Defective transfers, including those with adherence issues, cracking within one to two washes, and misprints, can be returned. All items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Items showing any signs of wear cannot be returned. Gregacy DTF Transfers' responsibility ends upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for damages or delays caused by the carrier (UPS/USPS or FedEx).
Non-Returnable/Non-Reprintable Items:
- DTF Transfers with color shifts due to submitted print files.
- Pixelated prints resulting from poor graphics provided by the client.
- Prints with grammatical or design errors provided by the client.
- Prints with white outlines/halos due to semi-transparent pixels in the original artwork.
- Transfers damaged by the courier.
- Gang sheets with overlaps, ghost images, or other irregularities approved by the client.
- Shirts if size was too big or too small, we post the exact measurements to ensure proper fit.
- Wrong Shirt Color, we will use whatever color is selected on order, if it gets pressed, then we cannot change the order.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Refund Expiration: Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Exchanges or Store Credit: Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping Charges: The returnee is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning products to us. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
- Contact Customer Support at returns@gregacydtftransfers.com to obtain an RMA number. Please specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return parcel.
